Terms and Conditions
Introductory:
Terms and Conditions for the sale of goods and services through an online store located at the internet address www.materialistic.cz.
Operated by (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller"): Mgr. Jana Pelánová (Business ID: 01750461, VAT ID: CZ8459280269), with its registered office at Hybešova 519/5, Prague 8, 186 00.

The Seller is a VAT payer, register for the EU.
Order and Contract:
The Buyer places an order via their customer account (which grants access to the loyalty program and discounts) or without registration.
Immediately upon receiving the order, the Seller will send the Buyer a confirmation of the order to the email address provided during the order. This confirmation is considered the conclusion of the contract.
Price, Payment, Delivery:
Information about products and services on the web always includes the price. Prices are stated incl. VAT.
Customer has two payment options: bank transfer or card payment. The payment provider encrypts card information with SSL protocol. We have no authorization to see your card information and we don´t store it.
The delivery method is selected during the order. Orders will be processed immediately upon payment. The estimated delivery time is 3 - 7 working days depending on the country of destination.
Tax document - an invoice is sent via email.
Returns, Refund
We provide a 14-day window for returns and refunds starting from the day you receive your order.
Before returning a product, please send us an e-mail at jsme@materialistic.cz – state your intent to return a specify the item.
Thank you for sharing your reason for return. It is not necessary, but it helps us improve our services.
Returns must be sent directly to the following address: Materialistic, Havanska 10, Prague 7, 17000, Czech Republic. Our contact shipping details : +420 776 030 515, jsme@materialistic.cz. The cost of return shipping is paid by the customer.
